Location: Head Office - Rhodes NSW
Reporting to: Business Processes & Systems Analyst
An opportunity exists for a Business Analyst to join our team at the Rhodes Head Office. Reporting to the Business Processes & Systems Analyst, this role is primarily responsible for financial analysis of the outbound logistics function, freight payment system and accounting for a joint venture company. In addition, this role is involved in ad hoc projects and provides support to other areas of the business as required.
Key Accountabilities:
· Controlling, reconciling and reporting of the freight payment system
· Freight rate maintenance in SAP
· Fuel levy management
· Managing the customer rebate accrual, payment and reconciliation
· Managing the accounting process for a joint venture company, including transaction processing, transfer pricing, reconciliation, reporting and budgeting
· Maintaining finished goods pricing model for major customer supply agreements
· Completing an analysis report on divisional profitability, customer returns and credit

· High level spreadsheet modelling skills
Experience:
· Minimum 3 years experience in a role requiring detailed analysis skills
· Experience with SAP or similar ERP system
Qualifications
· Completed or currently studying towards a recognised degree or qualification in Business / Finance
