A position has opened for a Route Sales Representative to join our team in Kensington.  Successful applicant will look after the South East Victorian Territory.

Within this Sales role you will be responsible for existing accounts, developing new business, participating in promotions and constantly driving growth through your territory.

This role will expose you to some strategic planning. Through collection of market activity such as competitor activity, pricing and market trends, you will be able to make recommendations on how to combat issues.

The successful applicant will posses the following:

·         Strong negotiation and communication skills

·         Proactive Customer and Sales focus

·         Ability to work within required baking industry operational hours

·         Self starter who can work autonomously

·         Sales or Retail experience

·         Food or Bakery background
