Here is a chance for an Assistant Accountant to join our Finance team based in Head Office. This role assists the Corporate Finance Manger and the Finance team in a large variety of tasks.
This job will provide you with an opportunity to gain many experiences and have a very important input into the Finance function.
This role includes but is not limited to:
- Preparation of month end journals
- Assist with general ledger month end processing
- Reconciliation of general ledger accounts
- Preparation of BAS and IAS returns
- ABS Statistics Quarterly
- Preparation of FBT returns
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Excellent computer skills
- Highly developed analytical skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance
