Location: Rhodes
An opportunity exists for an experienced National Account Manager to join our Milling team at the Rhodes head office for a 12 month Maternity cover contract.
The primary purpose of this position is to deliver the agreed business performance targets in customer expectations, volume, revenue, margin and growth within the allocated account group whilst developing long-term, solid partnerships with key customers.
Key accountabilities
· Manage the current portfolio of key accounts with a focus on continuous growth and development of each key account
· Forge strong business relationships with key customer contacts at all levels within the business to gain a great understanding of their holistic needs and requirements
· Identify business growth opportunities and make recommendations on how to execute each initiative / arrangement
· Collect, analyse and report on market data / trends relative to competitor activity, pricing, market share / trends
· Ensure all annual, monthly and quarterly budgets and forecasts are developed and submitted in a timely manner
Key attributes
· Strong analytical, conceptual and presentation skills
· Ability to engage and communicate with all levels
· Proven influencing and negotiation skills
· A self-managed, motivated and energetic approach
· Account management experience
· Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or similar would be highly regarded
