Location:    Kensington

Reporting to:  National Field Manager  

A great opportunity exists for a self-driven sales representative to join our team at the Kensington office. The successful candidate will manage and grow the South East Victorian territory.

The primary responsibility of this position is to grow the bakery market through calling in on customers (both existing customers and cold-calling), building strong relationships with each customer, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations in service delivery.

Through the collection of market data such as competitor activity, pricing and market trends, you will be provided with the opportunity to make recommendations to the Company.

Key attributes for the position include:

·         Strong negotiation and communication skills

·         Proactive customer and sales focus

·         Excellent time management skills

·         Ability to work within required baking industry operational hours

·         Self starter who can work autonomously

Experience:

·         Sales experience in the food / retail / bakery industry

Qualifications:

·         Bakery trade qualification will be highly regarded, but is not essential
