Location: Head Office - Rhodes

Reporting to: National Field Manager

A great opportunity exists for a Route Sales Representative to join our team at the Rhodes head office. The successful candidate will look after the South Sydney region.

The primary responsibility of this role is to service existing customers, develop new business opportunities, participate in promotions and continuously drive growth through the designated territory.

As the Route Sales Representative you will be calling in on bakery customers, developing strong business relationships, gaining an understanding of customer’s needs and ensuring that these needs are met by the Company.  

In addition, you will also have exposure to some strategic planning. Through collection of market data such as competitor activity, pricing and market trends, you will make recommendations to the Company.

The successful candidate will posses the following:

·         Strong negotiation and communication skills

·         Proactive customer and sales focus

·         Ability to work within required baking industry operational hours

·         Self starter who can work autonomously

·         Sales or retail experience

·         Food or bakery background highly regarded
