An opportunity has arisen for a Technical Manager- Frozen Products to join our Technical team. In this role you will be able to develop and execute frozen technical solutions to Retail and Foodservice customers.
This is an all-rounder position that will ensure variety in day to day tasks. From planning national servicing of clients to implementing the plan.
Th This role involves but is not limited to:
- Delivering technical direction and sales tools for seasonal/promotional activities
- Coordination of customer quality based complaints
- Establishing national store servicing plan
- Managing innovation projects for Retail Food Group
- Establish outlet SWOT analysis for customers
- Identify potential product and business opportunities
- Complete bake lab reports for all product trials
- Provide support to the customer operations teams with bakery production and provide training where needed
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy
- Ability to resolve complex technical issues
- Ability to work unsupervised with great self motivation
- Current motor vehicle drivers licence
- Relevant bakery qualification in baking/pastry cooking
- Retail Food or Retail Baking background
