Technical Service Manager

A great opportunity has arisen for a Technical Service Manager to join our team. The position is based in Head Office, with a large amount of time in the field servicing our the Woolworths Account.

            In this unique role you will build close working relationships with the Woolworths Buying team and work closely with the Allied Mills national Account Manager, providing them with technical solutions to their baking needs. This role will definitely challenge you and provide you with an outlet for your creative baking mind.

 This r   This role includes but is not limited to:

  • Implementing and managing structured bakery training
  • Production of baked products for presentation
  • Involvement in new product development
  • Planning national store servicing
  • Provide instore training to customers

            To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Relevant bakery qualification in baking/pastry cooking
  • Current motor vehicle drivers licence
  • Great communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  •  Computer literacy
