A rare opportunity exists for a qualified Baker who is passionate about training others in the art of baking. As the Technical Service Representative you will service our retail customers by demonstrating / teaching the way Allied Mills’ products are prepared / baked and by providing technical solutions to customers’ troubleshooting issues.
In this position you will be empowered to establish a territory servicing plan for your designated region (Sydney and south of Sydney). You will manage your territory with a strong focus on building solid relationships and gaining an understanding of customers’ needs in order to constantly improve the service provided.
Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing structured bakery training programs
- Identifying product and business opportunities
- Implementing promotional activities
- Providing consistent communication to the Sales team
- Handling customer quality based complaints
- Completing accurate reports in a timely manner
Key attributes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Computer literacy and business acumen
Experience
- Retail Baking or Retail Food experience
Qualifications
- Relevant Baking / Pastry cooking qualifications
- Current drivers licence
