A great opportunity has opened up for an outgoing Customer Service Star to join our Customer Service Team based in Head Office at Summer Hill.
As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to ongoing clients and building lasting relationship with them. On a day to day basis, you will process orders, maintain records and manage customer complaints in an appropriate manner.
Within the role, communicating with varied departments is an important component. You will liaise with key Account Managers and Sales Representatives to collaboratively manage relationships and assist with marketing campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
· Receive and process orders
· Assist with marketing campaigns and up sell value adding products
· Provide timely and accurate information to customers on products and delivery
· Maintain customer records and reports
· Support Sales Representative and Account Managers in escalation of customer concerns
· Assist in the development of Customer Service procedures
To be successful in this role, you will need:
· Proven customer service and team work skills
· Excellent communication skills and a great phone manner
· Ability to multitask, solve problems and prioritise
· Administration and data entry skills
· Experience in a Customer Service or Call Centre environment
