High fibre bran muffins with summer fruits, topped with a delicious peach and mango crumble.

Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 190 deg C conventional or 170 deg C fan forced.
- Place water, oil then Bake One! Bran Muffin Mix in a mixer bowl.
- Beat on low speed for 1 minute.
- Scrape the bowl, continue mixing on low speed for 3 minutes.
- Glently fold in peaches and mangoes until mixed through.
- Line Texas muffin pan with large paper muffin cases.
- Spoon mixture evenly into muffin cases (approx. 150g).
Crumble:
- Place flour, butter, dark brown sugar and walnuts in a mixer bowl and mix on low speed until it becomes crumbly in texture.
- Sprinkle one tablespoon of crumble mixture on top of each muffin.
- Bake for 35-38 minutes until baked. Turn out to cool.
