Fluffy chocolate pancakes with morello cherries and fresh whipped cream.

Ingredients	Makes 4	Makes 8
Bake One! Pancake Mix	175g	350g
Milk*	250ml	500ml
Morello Cherries	100g	200g
Dark Chocolate	75g	150g
Fresh Whipped Cream	For Topping	For Topping

* Amount of milk can be adjusted depending on the thickness of the pancake desired.

Directions:

• Pre-heat hot plate to 180 deg C.
• Place milk and dark chocolate into a jug and microwave for 1 minute or until the chocolate is melted, stirring once.
• Glently whisk in Bake One! Pancake Mix until combined.
• Pour 4 pancakes onto lightly oiled hotplate.
• Turn pancakes once during cooking, each side approx. 90 seconds on hotplate until golden.

Finishing:

• Serve pancaked topped with cherries and fresh cream.
