Indulgent, sweet scones filled with date and laced with honey.

Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 210 deg C concentional or 190 deg C fan forced.
- Place water then Bake One! Scone Mix in a mixer bowl.
- Fold the mixture on low speed for 2 minutes and scrape the bowl.
- Add pre-soaked dates and honey to the dough and mix for another minute.
- Flour the workbench well.
- Mould the dough into a ball and rest the dough for 5 minutes.
- Re-flour the workbench, then roll the dough to the desired thickness.
- Cut out dough pieces with scone cutter (approx. 80g).
- Place scone pieces on greased or floured baking tray.
- Brush the scone top with milk.
- Bake in the pre-heated oven at 210 deg C for 15 minutes or until golden.
