Delicious honey bran muffins with juicy, diced figs throughout.

Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 190 deg C conventional or 170 deg C fan forced.
- Place water, oil then Bake One! Bran Muffin Mix and ginger powder in a mixer bowl.
- Beat on low speed for 1 minute.
- Scrape the bowl, continue mixing on low speed for 3 minutes.
- Fold in chopped figs until mixed through.
- Line Texas muffin pan with large paper muffin cases.
- Spoon mixture evenly into muffin cases (approx. 150g).
- Top with a few pieces of sliced dried figs.
- Bake for 35-38 minutes until baked. Turn out to cool.
