about us

Allied Mills was purchased in October 2002 by a joint venture between GrainCorp and Cargill Australia.

GrainCorp is a publicly listed, diversified and progressive Australian agribusiness with its core business in bulk commodity storage and handling, marketing and logistics. Grain receivals into the GrainCorp storage network of 300 centres are around 12 million tonnes annually.

Cargill is an international marketer, processer and distributor of agricultural, food, financial and industrial products and services with 97,000 employees in 59 countries. Cargill operates an extensive dry milling business internationally and through the considerable community support programs it sponsors, is regarded as one of the world’s leading corporate citizens .

Allied Mills customers benefit from the combined strengths of three organisations that share significant experience in grain growing, storage and handling. Our collective milling and technical expertise can overcome the most demanding challenges.

Together, Allied Mills , Graincorp and Cargill founded and operate Australian Grower Accumulation Services, ensuring support for our growers and optimum pricing and quality for our customers.

By working together toward a unified goal of adding value in product and service we deliver outcomes – not only to our customers, but for the grain industry as a whole.
