Every year, Allied Mills purchases and mills around a million tonnes of grain including wheat, maize, rye, soya and the complete range of speciality cereals and grains.

Through the Australian Grain Accumulation Services, established as a joint venture by Allied Mills , Cargill and Graincorp, we maintain close relationships with our suppliers to ensure continuity of supply and consistency of quality. We also acquire quality grains and cereals through trade suppliers.

To ensure quality and supply, we oversee the process from beginning to end; from contracting the growers, the harvesting, grain transportation, silo storage, milling and the final delivery to our customer. We are proud to work with growers of integrity and skill.

Allied Mills offers the widest variety of grains and flours in the market, with a comprehensive line of speciality flours. The broad spectrum of grains and flours allows us to be effectively a one-stop-shop for the industry.

We have the largest number of mills in Australia, strategically located to service the needs of our customers and obtain grain efficiently from our growers.

Our contractual arrangements with both customers and growers allow us to minimise the financial risks within the grain market.
